Networking a PC to a Mac13 Jun 2004 14:38 GMT2
We are trying to set up a wireless network (Belkin Wireless Access Point),
connecting a Windows XP Pro laptop to iMac running OS10.3. The WAP is
connected to the Mac via the ethernet port and is registering that it has a
100MPS connection. All the right lights on the WAP seem to be ...

Can anyone tell me if there's a way I can use my iSight on my PowerBook
(running 10.3.4) to video conference with someone who uses a PC/Windows XP?
I know I can do it Mac to Mac using iChatAV, but how about Mac to PC?
Thanks in advance,

The folks at my local store always have them (shirts/tshirts) and I want one
of my own...

Then for the heck of it I tried my local computer retailers for such a box...

I've just upgraded to Panther (well, Expose is pretty wild, isn't
it...?),  but want to retain Command-Tab for use in other apps (ie FMPro
and BBedit).
Can I turn it off so it doesn't toggle between open apps?
g5 2.5Ghz speed bump10 Jun 2004 01:54 GMT2
Apple Australia updates the G5 products range quietly, unlike the front
page spread on the US site http://www.apple.com.au/powermac/
Guess I'm not going to find a giveaway 1.8 Dual that i had hoped since
1.8DP is still current at bottom of the range with 2 and 2.5 Ghz Duals

Corel Draw 8 and Word Perfect free for Mac OS 8/9 download?09 Jun 2004 08:20 GMT4
Does anyone have a copy of either of these? They were released as freeware
and I'm wondering if anyone has saved a copy of the downloads?
Anyone know of a good trove of downloads for Mac OS 8/9 where I might find
this and some other programs suitable for an iMac?
Who is connected to my computer09 Jun 2004 04:26 GMT3
The last couple of times I have shut down my computer it has warned me that

A quick search found a program which looked useful called ...

World Book 2000/2001 for OS 908 Jun 2004 07:20 GMT1
Greetings my fellow enlightened Mac users,
How are all of you?  I am looking for a copy of the World Book
Encyclopaedia that will run on OS 9.  The new editions (from 2002 onwards)
will run nicely on OS X, but not on 9.  If anyone has a copy of the Mac
