ok so after using my ipod for a while i have seen the light and decided to

I just bought a Powerbook G4 1.5Ghz 512 RAM 80 Gig drive 64meg graphics.
Standard machine. The advertised duration of the battery is 4.5 hours.  I am
getting just shy of 3 hours.  Could it have been I calibrated the battery
wrong?  I did what the people at the shop and the manual ...

Every so often, usually when I'm reading mail, I see an application icon
"bouncing" that is called Sym Secondary Launch". Can anyone explain what
this is? Clicking the icon has no effect and after a few seconds it
disappears.

TPG do not "support" OS X but they offer a pretty good deal does anyone
use them and have any kind of install information or suggestions for a
site which might help.

Sis-in-law's 1st/2nd gen iMac "Apple USB Mouse" (blue and white) doesn't
talk at all to her iMac.
a) Any tips/websites to try diagnose/fix?
b) Will a cheapo USB mouse from Kmart etc work?

PS
The battery indicator never reads 100% but usually indicates anything
between 96-99%.  Even when fully charged.
Stuffed if I know.

Hi y'all - I'm looking for a cheap ADSL provider in Melbourne, and was
after some providers. I recently saw TPG offering 19.95 per month, but
on reading their FAQ, do not offer support for Macs (I have a G3 iMac
running 9.1).  Any advice?
