| Compact Flash modems via Firewire card reader | 28 Feb 2004 11:11 GMT | 2 |
Just wondering if it is possible to get Compact Flash modems or GPS receivers to work through a firewire (or USB) CF card reader? Tried a CF GPS unit in my card reader but nothing shows up. The same card in a PCMCIA adapter works in a PowerBook.

| How much for an Apple Laserwriter 16/600PS | 25 Feb 2004 11:17 GMT | 4 |
I am replacing a broken Laserwriter Pro 630 which I was very happy with, and know someone selling a 16/600 for AU$500. Is this reasonable? It has the extra 500 sheet Paper tray feeder underneath but I don't think I really need it.
