On the verge of paying for .mac - should I do it?07 Sep 2003 09:58 GMT15
I recently abandoned my previous e-mail address as it was attracting +/-
300 pieces of spam a day. Noticing that .mac had a free 28 day trial I
took advantage of that - not a spot of spam, it has been absolute bliss!
That said, my trial is nearly ending. It isn't *that* cheap, but I

When is Apple going to bring back the PC-compatible?05 Sep 2003 07:17 GMT11

When is jason going to stop playing with himself?02 Sep 2003 21:49 GMT1
It was jason's first week in year two at school.  After the first day he
comes home and his father asks how his day was.
"It was good.  We had a spelling test today and I got nearly every word
right.  Is that because I'm Australian?" said jason.
Telstra ISDN/OS X problems02 Sep 2003 12:43 GMT2
I'm having a problem with my Bigpond ISDN connection over OS X 10.2.6.
Periodically, for no apparent reason, Internet Connect will drop the
connection and display "...disconnecting..." endlessly in the menu bar.
Nothing I do seems to stop it - I can't reconnect, disconnect, nuthin'.

I've just been given a 5500/225 but it has a noisy fan - the small one

the noise is gone.
