This has been bugging me for a long while, when I upgraded to OS8.6 I inadvertently clicked to seppo page size (letter) as the standard page spec. I recall there was a way to switch back to A4 back in the dim dark ages of OS6-7, do I use Resedit? Tips anyone?

I am just re-ripping one of my old CDs and found that the new AAC files are exactly the same size as the original MP3 files I created first time round. I thought AAC was supposed to give better compression? Is it just better quality?

Here's a thought: iSight takes video and audio and produces a FireWire stream. An iPod can store a FireWire data stream when it acts as a hard disk. So: iPod + iSight + adaptor = tiny FireWire camcorder? I know it's not feasible with the devices as they stand but it may be as

I have a dule 1000 G4 and have had a lot of trouble installing new software, because the 'adminstrator' password is not recognised. So I ran disk warrior, Norton and drive 10, all latest versions and started from their respective CD's

Rang Apple today after ordering a Dual( 4-6 weeks to ship), will not release any info on Superdrive Stating its DVD-R and Apple don't support RW, so don't know manufacturer or how fast it rewrites with third party software any help would be appreciated.
