I'm writing an article using textEdit that when finished will be emailed
to someone using a PC. What's the best way to send the file? Should I
suggest a Windows program to open it and read it or will the PC do it in
Word or Word Pad naturally.

Under Leopard, I'm seeing a behavior with X11 that didn't manifest
under Tiger.  Periodically, the input focus will leave my current X11
window without my doing anything to cause it.

We just had our vacation pictures printed at Walgreens and
they did a great job on the prints but the CD is useless.  It

CrashPlan is ignoring the default backup location I've set on the Mac

Because of a question brought up in a closed mailing forum about the
qualities of some textprocessors, I did hurry up finishing a larger test
that I've been working on for some months now.
As I also write in the summary / conclusion in the test, it is

I have a G5 running MacOSX 10.4. My son is working on becoming a
mechanic and his boss wants him to do some on line class work at home.
Unfortunately the  applications on the site in question only really
work well with Internet Explorer. Safari and Firefox aren't cutting it
