iTunes stop downloading podcasts08 May 2008 22:04 GMT5
OK, so I subscribe to a few podcasts that I listen to in large chunks of
20 or more podcasts at once.  That is to say, I don't listen every day. Or
if I do, I listen on my iPod and it only gets synched every month or so.
iTunes insists on 'helpfully' ceasing to download these ...
How to make a picture rotate in imovie?08 May 2008 21:20 GMT2
I'm learning how to use imovie.  One of the things I'm trying to do is
to take a still picture (such as a JPG), and make the picture rotate
counterclockwise for a few seconds.
Can anyone tell me how to do that?

Adjusting margins in Safari?08 May 2008 01:59 GMT2
Hey all
I am just wondering if there is a way to adjust the margins when
printing in Safari. I am asking this, as I just printed out a DHL
waybill and it seems to print about 1/4 inch off. This means that it
New database app: Someone was wanting such a few weeks ago?08 May 2008 00:26 GMT2

resize bootcamp partition07 May 2008 21:01 GMT5
I have a bit of a problem. I am running 10.5.2 on my MacBook, and I
have a windows vista partition that is configured for boot camp and
Parallels. My problem is that when I originally created my partition,
I was somewhat short-sighted, and now the partition is nearly full. I
Mozy backup service referrals seem a nifty idea07 May 2008 18:01 GMT22
And boy does that subject make this sound like SPAM! :-D
But seriously - anyone want me to say you referred me and get the free
extra backup space? Anyone kind enough to want to say I referred you
(see below for my details and how this works)?

Appalled at my experience so far with VMWare Fusion, Win98 and XP Pro.07 May 2008 06:14 GMT9
So I was forced to install Win98 first as I only had an XP Pro with
Service Pack 2 upgrade CD. That went ok, though performance in the Win98
VM was pretty bad which surprised me. I am on a new top-of-the-line 24"
2.8GHz iMac with 2GB RAM, after all.

Correct Website Button Behavior?06 May 2008 23:14 GMT17
A button on a website typically has three states commonly referred to as
"normal", "over", and "click".
"Normal" is what is displayed when the cursor is not positioned over the
button.
Cut and Paste MS / Terminal Won't Work????06 May 2008 17:56 GMT2
I have problems cutting and pasting between Safari and MSword and
Terminal.  I thought that the clipboard on the Mac was always intended
to be universal -- i. e., regardless of font or other characteristics,
the text of the material would be copied.  But no longer, apparently.
Q About Moving MP3 Files to Itunes05 May 2008 23:03 GMT2
Hi. I received an MP3 file in E-mail that I want to add to my Itunes
music library.
Currently the file is in my Mail Downloads folder.  However, I want the
file to be relocated in my Itunes Music folder.
Something 'better' than Quicktime Player?05 May 2008 20:37 GMT11
I have a huge collection of *.AVI, *.WMV, and *.MPG files I've put
together over the years, and would like to find a player more adept and
with more features than QUICKTIME.
On my PC, I use a solid program called GOM Player, which handles
