Stacking open Entourage messages02 Mar 2008 15:43 GMT14
If I open three or four emails in Entourage, they all appear as
separate icons in the dock. On Windows XP, multiple emails would
appear as one icon on the toolbar with a number indicating how many
emails are open and if the user clicks on that icon, it expands to
PayPal: Steer clear of Safari02 Mar 2008 03:45 GMT11
PayPal: Steer clear of Safari

If you're using Apple's Safari browser, PayPal has some advice for you:
Drop it, at least if you want to avoid online fraud.
House Power Failures and Mac02 Mar 2008 01:07 GMT108
I guess I'm a normal home user with an IMac. I've been thinking about
how I use the computer vs a potential house power failure and how that
might effect the computer if it's on or sleeping when that happens.
My system is up for about 18 hours a day; either in use, on the screen
Mail.app Spam filtering01 Mar 2008 21:45 GMT20
I've been training this thing for months now and it still gets the most
basic spam wrong, doesn't mark them as spam (I don't get any false

Safari: show URL when mouse moves over a link?01 Mar 2008 20:24 GMT11
I've been using Firefox for a while, but I thought I'd give the new
Safari a try. Now, is there a Safari setting so that it shows the

that, and I got used to it. Before I click a link I want to know what
Public folder is blocked01 Mar 2008 16:13 GMT6
I'm trying to use files in an alt user account on my MacBook Pro on
10.4.11 but it's blocked (little no entry sign on it's icon. I've
checked it in Get Info where it says it can be accessed and I've
repaired permissions. I know this is really, really basic but.....
Weird  Entourage <-> Blackberry Sync problem01 Mar 2008 04:19 GMT2
I discovered a very strange problem with Entourage and Blackberry. We
are running Exchange in our environment, although I'm not sure how
much that matters. See below.
I deleted an email on my Mac and then I deleted another one on my pc.
Latest iPhoto update01 Mar 2008 01:57 GMT3
I accepted the latest iphoto update and now I don't seem to be able to
click below the image and add keywords, or change the name (which I
previously could).
Am I missing something?
Time Capsule01 Mar 2008 00:57 GMT4
Can I use Time Capsule to save data over my network, or just to use
Time Machine to backup my HD??
I know it's a stupid question, but how else will I learn!!
Globally resetting font size for Finder windows:01 Mar 2008 00:53 GMT2
Is there a global pref or other setting for *globally* changing the font
size for file lists in all Finder windows (in List View, that is)?
I know about Show View Options -- but selecting a window, changing font
size, and selecting All Windows just doesn't seem to do it for *all*
