Someone sent me a Flash link the other day and it wouldn't play in Firefox,
instead directing me to download the latest version of the Flash plugin.
I downloaded and installed the V.9 plugin, but the link still wouldn't play.
about:plugins shows that both Flash 8 and Flash 9 are ...

Is there a way in Safari 2.0.4 to tell Safari to open and display
downloaded PDFs in Adobe Acrobat 7.0 Standard as soon as the download is
completed, rather than having to do a Save As step in Safari first at
that point?

A friend of mine has been using Yahoo mail. I've convinced him to use
the Apple Mail application on his iMac (running 10.4.11). However, when
I searched for the Mail application in his Application folder, it
wasn't there. He might have deleted it by mistake.

I recently installed a trial version of VMWare Fusion on my mac book.
I created a new virtual directory, installed windows xp, and all other

For those that have it, gmail auto-completes the recipient name while
you're typing in some browsers (such as Camino), but it doesn't do it
from Safari 3. Any idea why this might be the case? It's a very useful
feature!!
