I have an 80 IPod. Last week I had all my music and my movies on it. I had to reinstall Vista, and after that, several of my movies will not copy to the IPod. I get that wonderful message "Cannot play on this IPod."

I've unchecked four large audio files in iTunes. Switched to manual and deleted them from the iPod. The next time I sync iTunes puts them right back on. They show in the iPod list as unchecked. How do I delete them permanently?
