I have (or have received) a number of files in UTF-8 encoding,
typically because they contain a mixture of languages, often

Lately, most of my OS X Mail messages show an attachment of
"Attach0.html (1.4 KB)" even though the sender says they didn't send an

Out of nowhere, when I accessed Google today, I keep getting the BelaRus
Google home page in Cyrillic letters, and am unable to bring up the
regular US Google. I have tried everywhich way to get back to Google,
