I have just purchased a new iPod (Nano 8 GB) and want to move all the
songs in my old nano to it. I thought (wrongly) that if I hooked both
up to my MacBook I could just drag and drop between them. Nope.

All of a sudden, I can't edit documents -- can't insert any text. I've
tried creating new docs, changing fonts. I can cut and paste into a
document, and can type numbers with the num-lock on. I've got a backup

I have a printer icon on the desktop and I can drop a file on it and it
prints fine, but if I open the file and select print I get an error.  I
haven't tried all my apps that print but every one I have tried produced
this error.

I am at last having to address the AppleWorks 5 to 6 downgrade. My key
AppleWorks 5 macro, used to print envelopes, needs converted to
applescript. Currently the user simply selects the text to appear on the
envelope, presses the f5 key after placing the envelope in the printer.
