I'm a pc field tech who has never, before 2 days ago, touched a mac. I
was sent to a location where a client was using a iMac desktop
computer. There was a user who was going to take the place of the
current client so I had to modify the current Lotus notes acct by

Don't laugh and don't try to hit me.  I lack confidence.
I back up my home folder nightly.  I've got a bunch of backups going
back two months (incremental changes).  
Last night I did a new full back up "to a different location."

I'm new to the whole Mac experience... sort of.  New to the idea of
never going back to Windows.  *laugh*  I'm using Flip4Mac's free
version for WMP files...  works on most everything I have but I do have
a few WMV files encoded for WMP 9.0 & 10 that won't play.  According to
