I'm looking for Software to upload music to my Sony MP3-Player.
I'm working on a macintosh, iTunes doesn't handle this, and the
associtated "Sonicstage" software from Sony neither.
I use an NW-E107.

I am posting this message, as I downloaded a photo from a web service
called Dreamstime. Upon downloading this photo it opens in Preview,
but when trying to import this photo into iPhoto I get the following
error message "Unreadable Files: 1 The following file could not be

because i did not know a usable program for my tasks ( give a small
frame around pics), i use keynote for this - but it is difficult and
unpractable for me to export these changed pics back to iPhoto or the

I just noticed for the first time a really cool interface gimmick in
BBEdit:  A dialog box with several bottons ("Don't Save", "Cancel",

Won't Boot! How do I make a OS X back-up BOOTABLE?
Both drives are Firewire.
I just backed-up my OS X drive to a larger, newer drive that I will be
using from now on.

In the Finder, under the Apple menu, when I select "Restart", the
computer (G4 desktop) won't restart until i quit all or most of my programs.

Never really been into web design, but I have played with Dreamweaver on
a PC.
I've tried iweb, but want a little more control. I'm currently trying
out Rapidweaver and it seems 'ok' for the money.

My sister in another state uses Fetch to send by FTP over DSL.
Sometimes it gets slower and slower and eventually stalls.  It happens
during the hot part of the day in hot weather.  Big email attachments
don't seem to be affected.

Why is is that some fonts in many applications (Safari usually)
substitute Question Marks in Black Diamonds for punctuation marks such
as apostrophes?  Seemed to begin with installation of Tiger and seems
to be getting worse.
