Oog Converter23 Apr 2007 12:26 GMT3
I have some audiobook files in Oog and I would like to convert them to
bookmarkable AAC.  I use Amadeus II, and it will convert from Oog to
.mp3, but not AAC.
Any ideas?
Eudora 6.2.4 on MacBook Intel22 Apr 2007 22:50 GMT5
I'm using a MacBook/Intel with OS X 10.4.9 and I don't have much
experience on the Mac. Does anyone have experiences whether  Eudora
will run on it? In the system requirements on Qualcomm's page it says
"Powerbook" but not Intel?
Mail.app - Where's "Home"?22 Apr 2007 22:23 GMT16
When I use mail.app a matter of small but irritating confusion:
While reviewing email I sort it in Date order.  So I cursor down
through the new messages.  My wife sorts in reverse.  So in her mail
she is at the bottom of the list reviewing the newest below her.

iBookG4, OS 10.4.9
I've got a bunch that I'd rather have on CDs.
I'm not talking about music tapes (commercially produced); these are
things like family singing, radio interviews ‹ like that.

Using Hogwasher and grouping my Newsgroups within subscriptions, I am able to

How do I get rid of the yellow? Do I have something checked I shouldn't?
Nikon Scan 4 and B&W negs21 Apr 2007 20:41 GMT6
I know this is possible, as it happened once.  I want to scan b&w
negatives, but the resulting negatives I'm getting are almost all black,
with VERY little detail.  I'm using a Super(?) Coolscan V ED.
The scanner works well with color, but b&w seems to be a problem.  I got

My mum's computer runs the last version of Panther (10.3.9?) and has a dial

configurations, 'Main Number' and 'Alternate Number', which dialled one or
other of her ISP's numbers. We left it set on 'Main Number' and ...
