this up to my new MacBook (previously I used my old PowerBook) I found
that iTunes couldn't find over 1500 songs, leaving me with a mass of
interrogation marks against these songs.

Parallels configuration catch-2208 Mar 2007 12:38 GMT4
I am using the latest official Parallels release (build 3186). I seem to
have gotten myself into a configuration catch-22. I set my virtual
machine to launch on Parallels startup, and later discovered the option
to quit Parallels on VM Shutdown, which I then also enabled. Now I ...
Any one ever try/use IFreeMem?08 Mar 2007 04:22 GMT56
Just started trying it and while I haven't yet attempted some decent
evaluation I am interested in others' experiences. My initial (less than 10
mins. moderate use) was that it immediately added a swap (3 to 4) and
dramatic improvements shown in the app's window and likewise ...

How do you rebuild a mailbox when that command is grayed out?
Mac Help tells me to rebuild it.
I've been saving things to a mailbox that apparently has a mind of its
own.  I can't get it to open, though when I did a search of "all

how to invoke a text editor from the command line?07 Mar 2007 18:48 GMT15
I finally found a text editor (TextWrangler) that works well for the sort
of text I usually deal with.  I would also like to be able to invoke it
from the command line, but so far haven't been able to figure out how
(I'm new to the Mac).
Frostwire won't run07 Mar 2007 18:22 GMT4
Downloaded and installed FrostWire (the Get Info for the app doesn't report a

click on it, nothing happens.
I downloaded the archive a second time and after spitting out the
iTunes 7.1(59) problem07 Mar 2007 17:22 GMT3
This was recently pushed out via Software Update and after
