Has anyone else noticed a problem with filtering? Specifically, no new Kill Author/Subject filters are saved. Old ones continue to work. When I right-click and choose to Kill either the Author or the Subject, the subject lines do immediately go away, but are there the next

| Stuffit File Suffix | 04 Jan 2007 17:27 GMT | 23 |
I just upgraded from Stuffit v9 to v11. I use to be able to simple change a file's name to filename.sit or filename.zip and it would compress them. This doesn't work anymore. I remember going through this 5 years ago.

| Smart Playlist only using songs on local drive (that is, without "exclamation points")? | 04 Jan 2007 16:02 GMT | 7 |
I have been compiling hundreds of mp3 files from CDs to a separate firewire drive, in an external tray device. Now and then my son wants to update his own iPod without me around. I've realized that since iTunes keeps the data on all of the mp3s (that

Hi... I was trying out Amadeus II and thought I'd try and capture some streams with it. If I clicked record and used the built-in audio as the driver/source, I could record but the line levels were very low.

| QT Player does bad job of playing AVI movies | 03 Jan 2007 20:32 GMT | 19 |
The movie displays in QTP window split in two: half the scan lines make up an image on the left half of the screen, and the other half of the scan lines make up an image on the other half. QTP does this to most of the MP4 videos I have. (Other players -- MPlayer;

Does anyone know how to correctly copy an iPhoto library to a new disk? Due to some hardware problems, our Powerbook (10.4, latest upgrades, iPhoto 6.0.5) has a new disk. It's bigger and faster, which is nice, and the old disk works fine when plugged into the firewire port, so I
