My cc of the Netscape 7.2 app recently began hanging with a dialog box
saying something like:
  "Can't open this window/file/??? in Work Offline mode.
    Uncheck the Work Offline command in the xxx menu"

using Fink?  I installed pine 4.58 using Fink and now want to upgrade to
