Suddenly, I can't change file names, not even new folder
"untitled folder" ??? As you can see, the keyboard works fine.

I just downloaded Firefox because I was having trouble accessing a
blog.   I tried Firefox to see if Safari was the problem.  Firefox had
the same problem.
While I've got it on my system, why do some of y'all prefer Firefox

My Safari saves web pages as file.webarchive and often people with PC
have written me with puzzlement what it is.
How can I save a web page in Safari that I can safely mail to anybody
with any brower, be it on PC or Unix or Mac?

I'd mentioned on here earlier my need to break down and upgrade to Tiger
so I could use EyeTV.
My original idea was to get the EyeTV "hybrid" because of its digital TV
