I am looking for an inexpensive (<$50) program to record a selected
window/application to a quicktime file.  It could be used to record the
active session of a VNC-type connection, or of a web conference, or just
about anything else - maybe of an animated java window, whatever.  ...

Anyone suggest a way to make Add the default for when I want to
add an extension to a file name. I do it a real lot to make some
files open in my app (under Classic in X) and am greatly halted
everytime by having to mouse over the Add instead of hitting

When I use my AW 6 spell checker (OS X 10.3.9) the "Learn" button is
always grayed out so I can't teach it new words. I'm not sure when this
happened as I remember it working at one time in OS X.
