I just installed O.S. X.46 today and it's already not working. (The Tiger is already so sick it can't even stand up!) I installed O.S. X.46 onto an external La Cie drive today -- a drive that didn't have a system folder on it.

Since upgrading to 3.5.1., when opening the application I get an error message saying it can't find my saved groups. However, when I select "Open ..." from the file menu, it takes me right to my saved group of newsgroups. My saved group is in a folder named "MT-NW groups." That

Running an iMac G5 with 10.4.6. I have a wireless broadband ISP connection rated at 256 kps. Watching files downloads through a browser, the ISP doesn't seem ever to hang up for long, but rather runs pretty smoothly.

Whenever I want to read a .pdf webpage, my system makes me find Adobe Reader anew. It seems to forget each time that I've already instructed it where to find the Reader. Been going on forever. Thoughts? I have the latest version.
