iPod Organising Podcasts16 Apr 2006 20:24 GMT4
Can anyone please tell me what's the best way to upload podcasts onto
an iPod and keep them organised.
I've been doing it manually by checking for updates then copying them
into a playlist for each podcast on my iPod and that works fine but
Imovie question16 Apr 2006 19:27 GMT1
I have converted home movies from VHS to DVD using my stereo system DVD
recorder. How can I import these movies or clips into iMovie for editing and
e-mail sharing.
Questions about Camcorders on the Mac16 Apr 2006 18:24 GMT15
I have a nice analog JVC camcorder.  I know this camera cost about $700 back
in 2001.   Its okay, and certainly captures far superior video than any Palm
Pilot, cell phone or digital camera.  But anyways it uses VHS-C tapes, which
can be easily played on my VCR with a VHS adaptor ...

Mozilla crashing when filling form fields16 Apr 2006 04:23 GMT2
The only problem Mozilla is giving me under OS 9.2.2 is that, often when
I enter information into on-line form fields, the system freezes. I can
move the stopwatch around on the screen, but can't click anything,
switch applicatons, or do anything else besides force-quit the ...

Essential Apps15 Apr 2006 22:28 GMT20
I'm getting my first Mac this week, an iBook, and I've never used one
before.
Looking forward to messing about with it and would like any advice on what
apps to put on it.
DVD fails "verify" but copies just fine15 Apr 2006 20:32 GMT1
I stuck a Memorex DVD burner in my Blue & White Mac a couple of weeks
ago. After a couple of successfully verified burns (two out of three,
actually), I have made sixteen coasters in a row -- all of them had a
failure to verify, but not at the same place on the DVD every time.

DVD firmware15 Apr 2006 18:50 GMT2
Just bought an Epson Stylus 220 printer which prints on DVDs and CDs,
but the printable DVDs I bought (Memorex) have a frightening caution
about being sure your firmware is upgraded for these potentially 16X
DVD-Rs. Does anyone know if the DVD burner (Pioneer I believe) that
Google Earth15 Apr 2006 18:35 GMT23
Great program. Shows the scary potential of surveillance satellites.
I understand that the images in Google Earth are not real time, but I
wonder if there is any way to determine the date of the image being
viewed.
iPhoto - deleting pics15 Apr 2006 01:51 GMT5
iPhoto 5.0.4, OS 10.4.6
I burned a boatload of pics to a DVD.  I dragged the pictures from the
open iPhoto window (selected photos from the big library) and put them
on a DVD-RW.  Fine.
Finder-like app on Windows: BootCamper's Question15 Apr 2006 00:23 GMT4
I'm fairly excited to use Windows XP Pro on my Intel Mac. Since this is
my first Windows, let me ask a question. Having been a Mac OS X users
since its inception of the Public Beta, I've been pretty used to the
Finder's Column View. Is there an app with this function on Windows?
Hypercard stacks & OS X?14 Apr 2006 22:22 GMT6

Does anyone know a program that will be able to open and/or convert HC
stacks - fx. to Filemaker 7 or 8?
The only program I've been able to find is 'DIFfersifier 3', but it is
