Does Tiger store sensitive data in its files like OS 9 did?01 Feb 2006 21:30 GMT12
OS 7-9 and perhaps earlier stored sensitive data in files. For example
once I copied a file to a floppy disk, and sometime later popped this
disk in a PC. For some reason the file became corrupted and when I
opened the file on the PC I was able to see the volume name of my Mac,
OWA works with my Entourage 2004 but not with Mail 2 (Tiger)01 Feb 2006 20:44 GMT1
Probably wasted too much of my life on this already, but would like to
use Spotlight on my emails.  The only way I can access corporate
exchange over the internet is via OWA.  Entourage does this
succesfully.  Problem is that I can't get Mail 2 to do same.

Strict threading on Mail.app01 Feb 2006 12:30 GMT1
I have searched and found nothing on this topic. I would like to know
if it is possible to use strict threading on Mail.app (strict threading
relays on message-id's to form threads, also known as conversations,
instead of using the subject line). Could anyone shed some light?
Simple relational database program to replace Access01 Feb 2006 06:02 GMT21
I have migrated from an old Windows PC to a new iMac G5, and I have a lot of
information in a very old (but working) copy of MS Access on the old PC.  I
have been looking for a Mac replacement, but am told that the basic database
in Appleworks is not a relational one and I do ...

Is it possible for me to get new messages for all my favorites at one time,
