I bought a DVD of Tiger from Software Diner. Apple Media Exchange
refused to convert it to CD format. Software Diner said that it was
having issues for selling below Apple Suggested Retail. Software Diner
said it was definitely not a counterfeit copy. I am trying to resolve

How do I go about deleting and reinstalling iCal?  I'm running Tiger
10.3.4, and the version of iCal that was installed on this iMac from

Using the newest update to iTunes (6.0.2) I am finding that if I choose

I'm having problems with X11.app... when i am using it, and then switch
back and forth to osx a few times (it's in full-screen mode), the
display of the windows gets screwed up.  it's difficult to describe

Recently migrated to an iMac G5 with OS (now) 10.4.4, and trying to
move Illustrator 10.0.3 there.  The app launches and gets most way
through initialisation, but hangs on "Loading Startup Settings".
Any suggestions for this specific problem?

I'm looking for a really simple (Panther) app to edit a MIDI file for use as a
ringtone on my mobile phone.
The only thing I need to do is cut off a few seconds at the beginning of the music.

In Help it says a Menu will be added to let you choose personalites
when posting a new message.  Where is it?  Can't see it.  My default
personality is always the same.  I have to highlight and type in a new
one if I want to change it.  I can set up the Toolbar to have the
