I am looking for a way to catalog the iTunes ratings given to my iTunes music collection (with the songs of course). I recently lost my ratings info due to a crash and I do not want to repeat the tedious process of having to listen to hundreds of songs in order to re-rate them.

I'm looking for a current sound recording/editing app for MacOS X. Looking on SourceForge got me Audacity, but that ran into trouble when I tried testing it in a noisy situation using a USB microphone, so I'm interested in what else is out there. Recommendations/caveats/warnings

I use Outlook a lot and it has an easy Rules function where I can autmatically have mail I send or receive get forwarded to, say, A webmail account I have somewhere, perhaps for old e-mail storage. Can I do this with the Mail app. and how? (Not interested in Entourage, btw.
