Hi...hope someone can help. I've been using Firefox on the Mac for a
while (OSX 10.3.9) without difficulty. I added and used an AdBlock
extension and that was about it. One day, while fiddling around with
AdBlock (customizing which ads to block, etc.) and the Extensions

So I've got this MP3 file. It's an old one, created a few years ago.
It's mono. When I play it with the new Quicktime player (6.5.2, QT
7.0) it's playing through channel 3 on my Motu 896, the channel marked
"Discrete-2" in the channel assignment pulldown in the file's audio

20 Gb Ipod locks up.  What to do to free it up?  I cannot get the Mac to
recognize it is plugged into Firewall port; it will not play, it just
displays the same screen four hours (so far).  Is there a reset on the
thing somewhere?

I'm about to upgrade from OS9 to OSX and wonder what people use for
simple drawing tasks.  I have used ClarisDraw for many years for those
tasks that are just above the Office Word and PowerPoint level in
function but which fall way short of a what a full draftsmans package

I'm in Texas with a mac laptop.  My home computer is a mac in Detroit
with my hard drive and files that I need.  How do I hook up the laptop
to the home computer and get those files??

 When Word X crashes under Panther, and application called "Microsoft
Error reporting" starts up and asks if you want to send information
about the error to Microsoft. Hopefully they see all these error
messages and improve the software, though Word is the most unstable

I'm not getting video out of my Alchemy card in 10.4.1.  Audio is ok.
It worked fine in 10.4.  This is on a G5 dual 1.8.  Anyone else seeing
