In Panther, you could use the Disk Utility to disable journaling. Why
is this no longer an option in Tiger's version?
Also, in Tiger Safari you can't remove the Google search tab from the
address bar. Why?

Mac users,
Want to get high-speed internet service, but not sure which to get for
Mac.  If I use my local telephone service ("can you hear me now?"),
they use MSN Premium as their software.  It is not available for Mac.

I'm using a PowerMac G4 OS 10.3.9 that has an external LG DVD burner.
The Mac only has an internal CD reader. There is no Apple DVD player
installed by 10.3.9, as I guess on install it didn't detect a DVD drive.
