Mail 2.0 crashes consistently for me after upgrading to Tiger. It crashes whenever I try to open a message, whether in preview or in a separate window, and whether that message is in a separate window or I have Preview mode enabled. It does not seem to matter whether the

OK, I know these are going to seem like stupid questions, and as a networking professional you'd think I'd already know this stuff. But, when your day-to-day work doesn't really involve these types of things...

| Text Scrap Utilties | 11 May 2005 17:55 GMT | 7 |
I've used them all. I was a rabid fan of a number over the years, but since migrating to OSX, I haven't had difficulties with a number. Amazingly, I'm still using an old carbon one NotePad Deluxe 2.3.4 a lot. I've bought Sticky Brain, which has now pooped-out on 10.4, and

I have way to much sludge in my "Services" menu and so don't even use them. But I'd like to. First in the process is to thin it down by 80%. How to do this? Is this what Alfred does? Is it worth the effort for this one feature? I can't really figure out what the heck

| Dashboard and Konfabulator | 10 May 2005 05:08 GMT | 23 |
When you look at the stuff on the Mac OS X website, the dudes at Apple act like they created the concept of widgets. From what I've seen, the guys that made Konfabulator were the ones that invented the mini-apps called widgets. If that's the case, Apple isn't really giving them ...
