Having acquired a Canon 20D dSLR (my first digicam), I am considering alternatives to iPhoto. I really like iPhoto but assume it is an "entry level" app. What other, "better" photo management software are there?

I recently installed Virtual PC 7 in my Powerbook G4. the unit has 640mb ram and a 1.2Ghz Processor. When I turn to Windows Xp it runs really slowwwwwwwwwwwww things take forever to open up. If I go back to OS 10 no problems it will run great. I looked under my computer,

I have reinstalled after trashing every pref, application support, etc. I could find. WHen I double click any type compressed file, Stuffit just hops in Dock and pointer spins. I must Force Quit. Like wise, when I try opening any of the appsby double-clicking them, the same happens.

Greetings! I now have about 2,000 mp3 tunes in my iTunes library. They are all stored in ~/myname/Music/iTunes Music/ -- is this a good idea? I mean, to have all 2,000 mp3s in one folder? One problem is this: In iTunes, if I click on certain songs, I get

Does Pages have a tool for creating indexes? I see it has one for the TOC, but I need more than that -- something along the lines of Word's "Index Entry" field.

Can MAIL be programmed as follows: After sending email to specific parties I would like the "sent mail" to go into a file folder where I keep all correspondence with this specific party. I want to set up separate folders for a dozen parties.

Option-clicking on URLs in MT-NewsWatcher running in Classic on an OS X machine brings up the web site via Netscape 7.0 running under OS X if Netscape is already running, but brings up a "Missing Helper" error message if it isn't -- and futzing with the MT-NW prefs doesn't seem ...
