I've got an external firewire Sony DVD writer and it's having
intermittent problems recognizing some Imation 4x DVD+RWs.
I don't have access to a Windoze machine...  I couldn't find any
Mac-friendly firmware on the Sony website.

Since going over to MacOS X, I have been unable to have my Kensington
11-button trackball perform triple-clicks, an action very nice to have
the right-button perform in applications that don't support contextual
menus. Like MacSOUP.

If an application (MS Word, let's say, or Photoshop) generates and edits
*many* documents for many projects, it seems reasonable to put the app
and its associated package components in the Apps folder, and put the
various  documents in some hierarchical, perhaps project-oriented

As a website-designer using a Mac I need a way of testing sites in
