I am considering purchasing an Apple iBook for the main purpose of

Forgive me, I am the new owner of a Macintosh iBook.  Is there a way to

make it start minimized?
Thank you!

So I just received iLife '04.  The installation instruction card says
that GarageBand requires a 600 MHz G3 or higher and iDVD requires a
G4/733 or higher.  No sweat, I have a G4/733.
But it also requires a DVD drive to install them?!?  How many G3/600

moved to System 10 I got rid of NA, but I haven't yet found any
application that performs the restore function. Any advice for

who I sent the message to?

Using MacOS X 10.3.7, and Mail 1.3.9 ...

I tried View->Customize Toolbar in the midst of a reply.  The toolbar
HELP! - How can I burn Karaoke CD's using OS 9.0 programs?30 Dec 2004 18:22 GMT2
I've downloaded zipped folders (each containing separate MP3 + cdg

folders using Stuffit and played the MP3 files they contained using
SoundJam, so I know each folder contains the karaoke version (without

to be stuck on 30 deg F
Mail and Adelphia - No Incoming30 Dec 2004 15:38 GMT1
Adelphia had some problems mid-day Monday and into late Tuesday.  It
had to do with "authentication", and was purportedly limited to their
web-based mail access. Nobody received mail during that time.
I don't use a browser for access to mail, but the Mac program Mail.

Suspecting a non standard web script I tried with many sites which
worked well in the past and browser always crashs.
