Every time I open Internet Explorer it closes. HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Accidentally deleted Favorites from internet explorer 7 . When trying to
access Favorites for IE7 error message occurs: User/
Downloads/Favorites/Favorites refers to location that is unavailable. How do
I retrieve Favorites?

I want to discuss my problem with Microsoft. I am facing a problem with IE,
whenever I try to open any website, page goes to left side of screen. I can't
view hotmail website with IE. When I open hotmail with Monzilla, I can't
attach file. Flash player dosen't work. In my yahoo ...

All my favorites sites are disappeared and when I am making search, I found
them in it's default location such as c:\users\xps\favorites but whenever
clicking the address it gave the following message "the target of this
internet shortcut is not valid"

Has the newer IE 7 gone through some major programming changes? The reason I
ask is I'm trying to resolve an issue on our client computers that is not
allowing us to no longer save the any additional favorites since upgrading to
IE 7 from IE 6. We are running a mixed environment ...
