When I click on any .doc files on my website a window pops up asking if I
want to 'open' or 'save' the file- Is there a way to disable this window so
the document will just open when I click on it?

On certain web sites where I have to log in to access the site, I get a
legitimate instance of the web site and also a second instance with an error
indicating "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage".  Any ideas what's
happening?

occasionally when i have ie open for a certain amt of time(the time varies
greatly from minutes to days) the ie window goes black (not the taskbar mind
you) flashes a bit and starts  to display pieces of the screen- not a
functional ie window

I have tried accessing My hotmail from IE and Live mail and both crash on my
laptop.

hi, three problems. cant open up pics in the jpg form i have.  error message
states "not specific execution parameters.
2.  cant open up sites i have saved. error "internet shortcut not valid, go
to inter. shortcut property sheet to make sure target correct"  not sure how

Is it possible to view an ActiveX and .OCX on a mac?

Not sure if this is the right forum, but... Recently bought a mac, and have
used windows (from 3.0 to xp) for almost 20 yrs.  How in tarnation do you
set up folders, like for documents, spreadsheets, pdf's on a mac?  It dumps
everything into one folder regardless of what it is.

When I manually type in URL adress on the top and hit enter, nothing happens.
