The option to export favorites in the file menu is greyed out.
Any ideas why?

My father, a Mac user called me this morning with a spyware infection
on his Mac running OSX10.2.3.
He has a couple of persistent popups telling him he has spyware on his
system and encouraging him to click to download a spyware cleaner.

using Mail for my email and keep getting a box appearing saying please enter
password...so i do enter the password ( and yes it is the right one ) then
it instanylt says the pop server has rejected the password please re

I moved a client from OS 9.2 to a new MAC with OS 10.4.  On the old MAC I
