I've been running IE 5.1.7 on OS 9.2.2 forever without problems until
a few days ago.  Either when logging onto Yahoo Groups/Mail or after logging
in and
trying to open messages, I get a Yahoo message saying my computer is not

Error message while try to launch any website from
internet explorer. "the specified server could not be

I have check with my internet service provider.  My modem

Can anyone lead me in the right direction???  I downloaded Internet 5.1.7
and it does not work properly.  There is a warning sign over the icon and
pages do not load completely.  I am on an iMac - 8.6 - I would appreciate

I am in OSX and ver. 5.2.3 of IE on a wireless network. About 2 weeks
ago almost every other favorite I choose or when using a google search
I am starting to recieve the "specified server cannot be found"

I've been trying to book tickets on Easyjet but find that whenever I'm
ready to confirm my booking and log in the page I'm then taken to is
blank. I can only think this has something to do with entering secure

A frustrating problem!!  I am unable to change my home page from the default
of www.msn.com.  After making the change, when I restart my machine, the
default homepage returns.
I am using IE 5.2.3 with OS 10.2.8.

What is wrong with IE?  All pages are very slow (15 minutes when

I have no problems with OPERA - I have no problems with SAFARI

.... but I can only find IE 5.2.3 for Mac and nothing higher. Does the 5.5

I have a Macintosh OS 10.2.3 and Internet Explorer wont start any longer.
Not sure why because it was working before. I do the usual upgrades that the
operating asked for every month. I tried downloading Explorer 5.2.3 but it
still wont work. Any Suggestions??

when I try to launch explorer it bounces once, then stops. Attempt
failed!!!! I don't want to have to erase and reinstall. I tried to
reinstall explorer-- no change. If it helps(you) we had a power outtage
for about 7 hrs before this started and my computer was not shut down

I have downloaded Internet Explorer 5.1.7 so that I can use the updated
easyJet site, but when I try to launch it I get this  message:
Error loading "MS Internet Library (PPC)" Library. Re-installing should
solve the problem
