I need to view Arabic websites for one of our users to read the text in arabic language. this will work on OSX using safari and firefox, but not in IE. The same thing happens on all browsers in OS 9. Its defaulting to a unicode format

I have always kept my preferences setting at "ask for each site". Once I changed it to "never ask", and now I cannot get it to accept the "ask for each site" setting. Whenever the computer goes to sleep it resets itself to "never ask". I've trashed the preferences and still ...
