Each every time the quote symbol ( " ) is used within the e-mail, it inserts (..") instead. When I forward an email, no one can read it...does the (") change to (") due to hotmail, msn, mac osx, int. explorer????? can someone help me?

Every time I fire up IE5 (which I have to admit is not often) I'm asked if I'd like to make it my default browser. I would not. I have a better default browser, Firefox, which is faster and sleeker, and Safari as a pretty good back-up.

I am receiving the error unable to establish a secure connection and am using Internet Explorer 4.5 on a macintosh os9. From the Microsoft knowledge base I find that I need to upgrade the Internet Explorer to 128 bit.
