Whether IE (Internet Explorer) on Mac supports authenticaiton? How we can do

i use apower mac G4 640MB of RAMs Macos 9.2.2 my problem is the
internet explorer keep on freeze my G4 everytime i streaming movies
from certain webpage my IE is version 5.1.7 allocated memory is 35000

I have a javascript function that dynamically writes form inputs into an
html page. When I click a button, it adds a textbox. it looks something like

After deleting my cookies with 3rd party software (has worked
successfully many times before), I now cannot access my IE

I have been facing a problem that I don't know where I should turn to

I set up an OSX (10.2.8) machine with multiple user accounts and
assigned administrative privileges only to my account. Where can I
find the IE 5.2 cache history and favorites list for any of the other
users? Will admin/owner have access to cache, favorites & cookies
