IE freezing on startup?31 Oct 2003 09:21 GMT1
Whenever I open IE on my computer it freezes on the first page.  If I
open it without that home page it is fine.  I am using system 9.2.2.
Does this make a difference if it does I would like to know.  I was
also wondering if there was a patch that would fix this problem.  If

I have the same problem as kordel95 as he outlined in his post of Oct.
28. I downloaded IE 5.1.7, installed it, but it will not launch. I

We have upgraded to Panther and have had some problems
with IE crashing. I prefer IE because it is more secure
and compatable with other websights, but when I download

We have a frame based web pages.  When a page is opened it opens up
with the scroll bars as it goes beyond the window height.  When the
scroll bars are used to view the information available at the bottom
of the page, several horizontal lines are displayed in effect making

I got a used mac from a friend, the same G3 I already had.  I was
trying to tweek it and install new programs and such, so I can donate
it to a childcare afterschool program near me.  Anyway, they had IE
installed, so I skipped ahead and installed everything else.

When I try to download Internet Explorer 6 the "Download Manager" pops
up on my iBook which I assume is a "third party" download manager
which intercepts the download so the options don't come up for the
actual large file download. Only the small "setup" file downloads
