     In several of my larger newsgroups messages from 1 1/2 years ago,
when clicked, give a message "...message may be expired." And "click
here to remove all expired articles."  The latter removes nothing!
     How do I remove expired or unwanted messages?

I found the the latest revision of following files,
sun-java/stubs/include/jni.h
sun-java/stubs/include/jni_md.h
was overwrited by the patch for

I use Firefox and Thunderbird on the PC, and plan to get my first Mac
once Tiger comes out in a couple of weeks. Considering that both
Firefox/Thunderbird is available for Mac I was simply going to switch to
the Mac version of these apps for a simple/smooth transfer.

Since I'm running OS 9.1, the last version of Mozilla i can use is
1.3.1. There appear to be two different versions, though. One can be
