Open the following URL: http://www.aspet.org/public/divisions/neuropharm/ Then use File/New Tab to create a blank new tab. The scrolling Announcements picture pops-up into the new tab. At least it does on my system.

On the same Mac running Mac OS X v10.3.9 and Netscape 7.2, one user has no problems, but another can't click on any link that would trigger a download or open an external application without Netscape crashing. We've already tried permissions repair, but it didn't help. Anything

I've just got a new laptop, Acer Aspire 1694WMLi. In Internet Explorer, when I click the 4 way scroll button located between the trackpad buttons, I can scroll up or down. Like using the arrow keys..
