Hello,

I have been using EXCEL on MAC for a long time - one of the key ways I
became so fond of and attached to was finding and looking at the FORMULA BAR
as soon as a new worksheet opens. The formula bar is always at the same
place on any new or existing worksheet.

I have a bunch of Excel 4 XLM macros, and was thrilled to discover that they
still work in Excel 2008, except... I can't get the dialog.box command to
work -- crashes the program ("Excel has encountered a problem and needs to
close").    I thought it might be because I wasn't ...
