I am trying to update some data in excel using scheduled tasks. I can get it to open the excel file and to update the datas. But, how can I get it to close the excel file afterwards? Thanks in advance,

I am using windows XP and Office 2000/Excel. I am trying to save a spreadsheet with “Read only”. However, when I click File, Properties and the General tab, the Attributes for “Read only” are greyed out. How do I to enable the greyed out area to let me select “Read only”?
