Version: 2008 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard) Processor: intel When I launch excel 2008 dozens of windows start popping up. It is opening every spreadsheet saved on my hard drive. I need to wait for it to open them all, and then I have to close them one by one.

I'm consistently experiencing crashes with Excel 2008 when working with Charts. Aproximately 1 out of 4 times it will crash when I attempt to edit the source data by choosing 'Select Data...' . I like the new Office 2008, but reliability with Excel at least is very poor.
