I am using MS Excel 2004 for Mac. What did I do to make the Arrow Keys move the whole sheet and not the Selection Box? This is more than a little annoying. How can I stop this behavior?

Getting nothing but coding junk in both web page preview and when save as htm. When "save as htm" it creates all the files correctly (I can open them in Dreamweaver and view them) but then when I upload those files I get nothing but run-on coding.

I don't like the floating formula bar in Excel 2008. Is there a way to anchor it to the main window like in the older versions? Also is there a way to anchor some of the palette items as well? I'm just not use to this new interface and I just want to work - not try to find everything
