Hi I'd like to open new spreadsheets with the following format: number, 0 decimals, thousand separator "on", with negatives showing as red with parentheses.
How can I make this the default for every new Excel file?

I am looking for a cell format which allows a 2 decimal place number to be displayed as a single decimal number without the excel roundup eg display 13.68 as 13.6 , not as 13.7 and also NOT change the underlying value.

I just encounter a problem opening Excel 2004 for Mac. When I try to open Excel it gives me this message: The application "Microsoft Excel" cannot be launched. -10828" Please advise.

I don't see a way to put the date in toolbar, so I can quickly click on it and have it enters today's date on a cell. thanks! Kevs OS 10.4.11

No matter how many combinations I try, I cannot get the criteria to work in terms of filtering the results of the request. Every time it returns the correct fields that I selected but it returns every single record in the table. Sometimes that doesn't even work and it says "Error:
