How do you open "normal view" as default and not workbook

Hi
I'd like to open new spreadsheets with the following format: number, 0 decimals, thousand separator "on", with negatives showing as red with parentheses.

How can I make this the default for every new Excel file?

I am looking for a cell format which allows a 2 decimal place number to be
displayed as a single decimal number without the excel roundup
eg display 13.68 as 13.6 , not as 13.7 and also NOT change the underlying
value.

I just encounter a problem opening Excel 2004 for Mac.  When I try to
open Excel it gives me this message: The application "Microsoft Excel"
cannot be launched. -10828"  Please advise.

Is there a way to change the page numbering so it starts at "1" instead of "0"?

When working in Excel, I want to right click so that I can go yo "format cells". Does anyone have any idea how I can do this?

I don't see a way to put the date in toolbar, so I can quickly click on it
and have it enters today's date on a cell. thanks!

When I export a Excel file as .csv the separator is always a semicolon ;
But I would like to see "abc","abc".

Hello everyone, When trying to copy sheet and move it somewhere else in the same workbook, I get a message, " Excel Quited Unexpectedly". Then I need to submit a Error Report and so on. I have installed all the excel updates. I will really appreciate if you can help me with that.

How do I remove that bar from view or from Excel preferences, please?
