I would like to lock  all cells except the ones where I have cells set
up for entries. I don't want the non entry cells to be edited, because
I have formulas in there that I don't want changed.

Does the equation editor come with Office 2004 for Mac Student
Edition? I've followed the paths the help feature gave me, and it just
isn't there. When I go to the Microsoft website, it says that some
people might have to download it, but I can't find the download for

I can import a .pdf, .doc, .txt into a cell using the hyperlink feature
but  Excel can't open any of the above after I have imported.

I am running Microsoft Excel 2004 11.3.7 on a mac under OS 10.5.1.
What I am having difficulty with is printing the upper border of cells
in the top row of my worksheet. The sheet is fairly complex with

I am experiencing difficulty in fitting text in Excel. A line of text
shown as fitting within a single sheet in Normal View and Page Layout
View will run across onto a second page when seen in Print Preview.

I am trying to import data from a FileMaker database.  I go to Data
and use the command "Get Data from FileMaker Pro" and when I navigate
to the file all FileMaker files are greyed out.  If I try and export

I'm not able to deselect multiple cells within a group of selected
cells. Command-clicking only deselects one cell, but that cell becomes

I just upgraded to Leopard, and my Excel fails to open. I must force
quit it, since it is not responding. The version is 11.3.7, and I
tried to upgrade. But the updaters also freezes when looking for
programmes to upgrade. Som here I am, stuck with a nice operating
