Is there a way to write a formula to copy both the content AND formatting of another cell? I specifically want the text color to also be copied over. Here's how I've copied the cells:

I have an assistant who is making calls for me. He is frustrated with Excel, and is wondering if it can function more like a Customer Relation Management tool and less like a spreadsheet application. Can excel do this?

Ive sen it done before where you can click a "clear" button on a spreadsheet to clear data from a select set of cells, rather then individually clearing them. I know i need to set up a macro but i dont know how this is all done. Can someone bring some sort of clarity?

I can't seem to break links in a workbook. I go through the process starting under "edit...links", select Break links, It gives me a warning, which I OK and nothing happens. One thing I notice is that the update button is selected as Automatic and Manual is dimmed or not
