I have created an excel spreadsheet, 9 x 71 cells using 72 size font
and 3' row cells.
I am having a major problem when attaching this file to my email
account and emailing the file/

in excel, 'This workbook contains links to other data sources...' etc etc.
Does anyone know of a way to stop/preven tthis from happening? All data is

I need to create a spreadsheet with multiple rows for jobs
1. Each job row will have 5 columns with text only (no formulas).
2. I need 3 of the columns to have pull down lists consisting of 5 choices,
available for each cell in that column.

I need to change an existing phone column from this format xxx.xxx.xxxx to
just the phone digits so that it can be properly imported into another

Does anyone else get printing problems in Excel on a Mac.
