For some reason the formula bar is too far over to the left and the portion that can be dragged cannot be seen. How can I move the formula bar to the right so that I can see the end and move it to where I want it?

I have a slight issue when trying to run a macro with the workbook.open command. The problem is that I cannot open an excel file without going throught he whole filepath usin file/open in excel.

How do I set it up to create a new worksheet that pulls the data from a different sheet or workbook and then save it to a different name? Is that possible? Thanks!

I have an Excel macro that transfers 13 rows of data from a single column in Word, and converts it into 13 columns in Excel. It was working fine, until I tried to transfer from one particular file. I'll re-save this document and name it something else, but I can't

I'm trying to use the hyperlink feature of Excel 2004 for the first time. I am able to right-click, select "Hyperlink" and then type in the full link in the resulting window's "Link to" field. I then click okay, and the link is now hot.

At work we started using an excel weekly timesheet. In my line of work I never use excel. Previously we just typed in our name no signature necessary. Now we need to digitally sign document, which has several boxes in which name address and signature need to go.

Excel (Office v X) crashes repeatedly when I go to Format>Cells... Uninstalled Office and Reinstalled - Still crashes at "Format>Cells..." Any ideas how to sort this out?

I want to be able to adjust row heigth on columns A-F and I want to "lock" row heigth on the rest of the columns. Essentially, row one may go from a tall to a short row. Naturally, rows won't line up perfectly. I expect that

Not sure how it happened, but all my spreadsheets in Excel v11.3.5 how have numbers for column headers as well as row headers. I've been poking around the prefs and Help menu all morning, looking for a way to turn the columns back to A,B,C (instead of 1,2,3). Does anyone know

Of 6 rows of data, one row isn't being plotted. The first 2 boxes in that row have values of 0. Could this be the reason it's not showing? The values in the row not being plotted are large enough that they should be visible on the chart.

I have a bunch of dates like 04/15/07. They sort like text looking putting all the months in order when I need the date in order. I needs to look at year first, then month, then day.

I have to enter data in Excel including dates, Although international settings specify dd-m-yy format Excel insists on interpreting 05-07 as May 7 instead of 5 July and nothing I do seems to change that. Is it possible to set European style date formats?
